| Leadership Oklahoma Accepting Community Applications
To host a class program for 2010-2011, a completed community application must be submitted to Leadership Oklahoma no later than May 7, 2010. Submit completed applications to: Leadership Oklahoma, 5500 N. Western, Suite 142, Oklahoma City, OK 73118 or (fax) 405-848-0019 or lok@leadershipoklahoma.com. Communities will be notified no later than June 1 regarding the selection of host communities.
Responsibilities of a host community and the selection criteria used to determine host communities are outlined in the community application form.
