Youth Leadership Oklahoma

After many years of successful programs with Oklahoma’s current leaders, Leadership Oklahoma designed a program to reach out to the state’s leaders of the future. Youth Leadership Oklahoma was created with a mission to develop young leaders who feel hope, pride and a responsibility for Oklahoma’s future.

Fifty high school juniors are chosen from around the state to participate in a weeklong journey of discovery across Oklahoma. These youths will experience our state’s geographic, cultural, technological and historical treasures. They will gain mentors in Leadership Oklahoma graduates and form a unique bond with their peers throughout the week. From creating better leaders to building a network of friendship and talent, Youth Leadership Oklahoma promises a brighter future for our state through the dedicated and enlightened generations to come.
