Graduates Activities Leadership Oklahoma maintains an active network of its more than 1,070 graduates by offering continuing opportunities for professional development and involvement. A series of programs provide diverse educational experiences from lectures and dinner discussions with world, national and state leaders to advanced leadership initiatives. National and international forums present additional education and networking opportunities. Meaningful discussions on current affairs take place with prominent leaders. Leadership Oklahoma’s congressional forums in Washington, D.C., expose Oklahoma leaders to national issues and policymakers. Leadership Oklahoma has hosted educational programs in Mexico, Canada, the United Kingdom, Austria, the Czech Republic, Russia and Poland. These educational forums, planned in conjunction with U.S. Ambassadors and their embassies, are designed to educate Oklahoma citizens on the economic, political and cultural issues of countries that have strong ties to our state, as well as to begin development of relationships that will result in future alliances.
