Leadership Oklahoma seeks men and women who are personally committed to improving Oklahoma’s future. Class members have demonstrated a history of leadership in their communities and/or state, success in their professional or personal lives and potential for greater leadership. Leadership Oklahoma’s selection process ensures that each class consists of members from diverse backgrounds, experiences and geographical locations. Approximately fifty participants are chosen annually.
During the spring of each year communities apply to host class sessions for the following year. Communities are selected that represent all quadrants of the state. The topics for each class session are based on current state issues. The 2011-2012 Class XXV program schedule is below.
