Dear Fellow LOK Members,
As we celebrate Oklahoma’s Centennial Anniversary, Leadership Oklahoma (LOK) is hosting its 21st class. The State of Oklahoma is rapidly evolving. With over 1000 graduates, LOK is playing a significant role in that evolution; inspiring the leaders of today and tomorrow to make our state even more effective, relevant and ultimately successful.
LOK has so much to offer to our members, communities, youth and state. We are now settled into our new offices, and are excited about our new staff members. This year, we will continue work on the LOK Long Range Plan. We will also unveil a new, up-to-date website. These efforts are intended to improve the services we offer you, our graduates, as you continue to network, to stay involved, and to propel our state forward.
Do you remember how fired up you were as you went through your LOK Class program? The LOK experience doesn’t end upon graduation. Renew your passion for LOK and rekindle friendships by taking advantage of our many outstanding graduate programs and services. Join us for our Annual Conference, Holiday Party and Excellence in Leadership Gala. Volunteer to serve on a committee or host an event. Do you have a passion for developing our next generation of leaders? Get involved with our LOK Youth program. Each year, we are amazed by the quality and character of our youth. The LOK Youth program continues to graduate outstanding young Oklahomans, offering a first-rate experience to the participants and helping to develop leaders for the future.
Finally, please see Leadership Oklahoma as your organization. Take time to review the 2007-2008 LOK directory; many of Oklahoma’s best, brightest and most active leaders are our members. As a group, we can do great things for our state. We can make Oklahoma a better place to live, raise families, seek education and conduct business. The LOK experience can continue throughout your life, and we hope to kindle the fires of leadership each and every year.
I encourage you to explore the possibilities, engage yourself and make a difference in your community, in Oklahoma and in our nation.
Respectfully,

Gregory R. Hodgen
President
