As LOK Class XXII enjoys its journey, it is time for all members to take some time remembering the wonderful experience we had getting to know classmates and learning things about Oklahoma long since forgotten from history class. And, though pride in Oklahoma is abundant, LOK offers us all the chance to gain knowledge and understanding of the challenges we face and define new roles that we, as leaders, can develop to implement solutions.

The experience of the class program is just the beginning, however. During the past year, we offered many outstanding graduate programs focusing on timely and topical issues, from healthcare to immigration. We have plans to develop equally important programs for the coming year and host, as always, an annual Leadership Conference, Excellence in Leadership Awards and Gala and a holiday party.

Our organization is financially healthy and operationally sound. The LOK staff, albeit small, is professional, dedicated and committed to serving its members and its mission. We continue to develop our long-range plan and have proven success with implementation of goals and strategies over the years.

No matter if you are a graduate of Class I or Class XXI, or if you are looking at Leadership Oklahoma as a donor or potential donor, NOW is the time to engage with the organization. Join a committee or call a classmate you haven’t talked to in a while. Study this directory –it is filled with the people who can and will make a difference in Oklahoma’s future. One person can do a lot, but together, we can do anything!
